Burials
Headstones
No headstone is to be higher than 0.9m. (36 inches)
No headstone is to be wider than 0.61m, (24 inches)
Headstone material – to match, as far as possible, existing headstones; e.g grey stone or granite
Kerb Stones
No kerb stones or low fences or low hedging plants may be placed around the grave
Gardens
No gardens are to be created around the grave
Flower Vases
Flower vases may be placed at the base of the headstone
Ashes
Plots
Plots for the interment of ashes are to the right hand side of the entrance gates
Memorial Stones
All memorial stones are to be no larger than 24×24 inches and are to be laid flat on top of the plot
No edgings, low fences or hedging plants allowed around the plot
General:
Dogs, other than guide dogs, are not allowed in the cemetery under any circumstances
Behaviour – Visitors to the cemetery are reminded that this is a place for reflection.
Please be aware of other visitors and their needs when visiting the cemetery.
All wilted and dead flowers must be deposited in the large green waste bin provided.
Please close the gate as you enter and leave the cemetery.
